The Aedes benchmark helps housing associations improve their work. The benchmark compares the performance of housing associations in different performance areas; Some examples of these performance fields are tenant assessment, maintenance & improvement or sustainability. Magzmaker provided Benchmark 2023; the tenth edition of the benchmark. The results of the performance fields are displayed graphically with animated graphs and tables.
